I will admit that all products I ordered online were of very good quality and very well packed and shipped. I was happy with what I had ordered. Everything arrived perfectly. However, the reason why I will not give you five stars is because the shipping company used was ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!! I spent over $4,000.00 on a dresser, bed, and two nightstands, and on the day of my scheduled delivery, the driver did not give me a courtesy call in advance and just showed up at my doorstep. Also, he was ALONE (nobody to help him) and he said it was a seven piece shipment that was too heavy to climb up the two flights of stairs. As a result, I had to help him carry up the boxes using a dolly. I spent over 30 min with him nearly injuring myself to receive my furniture which I paid a very large amount of money for. With what I spent, I would expect, at the very very least, to have all objects delivered at my doorstep. It completely ruined my experience with you guys.
