This was my second experience placing an order with Rove Concepts, and I've been just as pleased with their service so far as I was in the past. Their customer service team was highly responsive (answered on the first ring!) and easy to speak with regarding my questions about shipping. The chairs I ordered don't arrive until next week, but so far I've had only strong communication with their team & look forward to receiving my items shortly.
