Responsive! Rove's customer service has been excellent via online chat and phone calls for my pre-order and ordering experiences. Staff were responsive, helpful, and earnest when discussing questions I had on aspects of the furniture, and also during the ordering and pre-shipping process. Fabric swatches and email responses came promptly, answering any questions I had.
