This is the third time I have purchased from Rove, and all three experiences were great. I watch the sales, and buy at busy times, and the advisors on the phone and chat line are great. Helpful and unflappable. This time I had questions about delivery dates and they offered constructive suggestions about how to love the issue. I haven’t received my order yet, but the previous two times the pieces arrived in perfect condition (nothing to assemble!) and have proved to be sturdy and well made. I am a fan.
