My experience so far has been good. They offered me $25 to write a review after my order. The website can be hard to navigate, and customer services when I asked about my couch was mediocre. I've heard some things about how RC can have cheap furniture, and the customer service is bad after you receive your items so I'll keep everyone updated.

UPDATE: I got the LUCA sofa in black velvet for like $1800 CAD. Shipping was pretty slow but the white glove service was wonderful. My couch came in perfect condition. My couch honestly isn't the MOST comfortable thing in the world but I was looking for a showpiece for a cheap price (it's cheaper than a lot of IKEA sofas). It's beautiful. I've gotten lots of compliments on it and I really love it for sure.

3 year update: Still love my luca couch, and it survived a big move. The velvet has stayed nice and black, and it's a great sofa for friends to crash on. 1 thing I don't like is that the design is really short, so if you sit on it for too long, your neck starts to hurt.
