Disappointing

We ordered 6 chairs and, although we like them, we did not realize the size is not ideal for our table. Unfortunately, Rove Concepts makes it difficult to return as you have to set up and pay for return shipping (6 large boxes) and pay a 15% restocking fee (complete B.S. in my opinion). Lesson learned. I will only now buy something this size that I can see in person. Or, in this case, I would have been better off testing the waters by buying just one chair to make sure I like it. I think their customer service needs improvement.

We are happy to offer a Buyer's Remorse policy that allows returns on almost all in-stock items we carry within 30 days from delivery. We make our policies clear to our customers by having them available to read at any time prior to purchase on our Store Policy Page, but we appreciate the sometimes they may get overlooked. Further to this, we try our best to avoid the need for returns entirely by providing ample product information on every product page, such as detailed dimensions, materials, and construction information.
