Good experience overall. We got a hunter bed in king size. When we opened up the box 2 of the headboard pieces and the footboard are damaged on the side pretty badly. We contacted the customer service and they set up a replacement within two days with free delivery. Haven’t got the replacement yet but hopefully they come fast and in good condition this time. I was really excited about the bed, too bad I had to wait a bit longer to assemble it.
Otherwise, the pieces that are not damaged are great quality and looks beautiful!
