We wanted to place a preorder for some Aubrey chairs in cream that were out of stock but couldn't do so on Rove's website so we emailed customer service for help. Customer service were quick to respond even on a Sunday afternoon and kindly helped us place the order for the chairs that we really needed. Thumbs up!
