Despite friendly staff, I ordered a sofa and was told that legs would be available for order the following business day. After several emails and back and forth, I ordered the legs and paid for them. Then I receive an email stating that they don’t have legs for my sofa anymore. Is this normal business to sell a leg less sofa? Very upsetting.

Thank you for your review.
We are so sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with the Sofa purchased at our Warehouse sale.
We do always ask customers who purchase from warehouse sales to consider the conditions of that purchase. When we run these types of sale events, we mark these items down significantly, as they are often used, samples, returns, or otherwise unsellable under regular circumstances. We do remind our customers that by taking advantage of these savings there is the expectation that they are prepared to troubleshoot any issues or alterations that may arise over the years. These terms and conditions were posted online for our customers to review on Facebook and there were posters throughout the warehouse indicating this.
In the case, we may be able to offer assistance, this is not always guaranteed as noted above the products sold at the sale may be pieces that have been used, samples or other sellable under regular circumstances. We sincerely apologize for the legs not being available for purchase.
We appreciate your feedback and if you have any further questions or concerns please let us know at customercare@roveconcepts.com and we would be happy to help.
