My experience with Rove was decent. The estimated delivery time was 8-14 weeks from my order, and it took just about the full 14 weeks. I absolutely love the couch and chair I got, however the couch has some quality issues. The fabric looks a little lumpy and I constantly have to smooth it out each time I sit on it, which is a bit of a bummer for a brand new, expensive couch. I’m hoping it doesn’t look worse over time. I did contact customer service about the issue and they said it may just take time for the down filling to fluff out more, so we will see. I wish the pieces came with some sort of insurance or warranty.
