Overall process
Selection and checkout process - 5 stars. Everything was smooth.
Delivery - 3 stars - When I was checking out I used standard delivery and the note about one person delivering was not indicated explicitly and so the driver came with the boxes and left it in the garage.
Customer Service - 2 stars - Called about exchanging one piece of the modular piece with another and I was told I had to find a freight carrier to ship the product back and that there is no exchange process. I think as an online retailer dealing with furniture with no retail location, this is incredibly frustrating as most of us are not equipped to source freight carriers. It would make more sense to use your logistical connections to allow us to exchange the product or return the product. The real issue in this is that if it was a defect with the product, you would take care of it by arranging a return shipment and so why not extend that service to return and charge me for it. I am stuck with a piece that I cannot use.
Product quality - 4.5 stars (we have had it only for 1 week). I would suggest that for the sectionals, you provide some sort of brackets to connect the pieces so they do not move around.
