Great product with a straightforward check out process. The product was as described (and even nicer in person). The only reason this wasn’t 5-stars is the completely disconnected way shipping works; Rove has no say and does nothing to help you with this. After my order, I received and email from a company, which I was never told to expect. It took several weeks to get my delivery scheduled. The delivery guy was awesome, his schedulers not so much. I recommend Rove be more transparent about the delivery of their products.
