Rove has provided customer service that far exceeds any online furniture purchase I’ve experienced. The samples arrived lightening fast, and even THEY were beautifully packaged. Juggling was required as to delivery dates of chairs that are not yet in their warehouse and our rep is carefully monitoring that as well. We won’t have the chairs for a month still, due to our new condo possession date but it’s all being orchestrated beautifully by Rove. Very grateful and now I’m not concerned at all by the timing needs.
