The process was easy and simple. I did my initial research on a desktop computer and then completed the transaction on my mobile phone. I was able to select the items I wanted and input my information quickly. My only critique is that I wish it had been stated more explicitly that an in-stock item and one I pre-ordered would be shipped together, i.e., at the time the pre-ordered one becomes available. Maybe I glossed over this, but perhaps there is a way to make it more clear.
