Great to have the chat function. User friendly website. Really helpful representatives. Docking a star because the apparent price is not representative at all of what I ended up paying. I understand that the unusually steep shipping cost is necessary for this business model, but it leads to a shock in moving from shopping to checkout. I expect this is a deterrent for ordinary customers who aren't purchasing in bulk.
