Buying from Rove Concept was a leap of faith. The products weren’t inexpensive, I had not heard of the brand from any friends, I had never been to their physical store and the return policy was limited to damaged goods only.
I loved their website and their minimalist yet functional design so I decided to take my chances and I am glad I did. The products are great quality, beautiful looking and very functional. The customer service is prompt, I had some damages on one of the items and they were happy to replace.
Overall it was a great experience and an amazing purchase. I will definitely buy more.
