The website was easy to use. It's a beautiful, it was easy to find what I needed and checkout was easy. The only thing that I found difficult/confusing was what happens after my purchase was completed. Will I be contacted when it's ready for delivery? Do I choose my delivery date?, etc. After spending a lot of money on a new piece of furniture I would expect some type of follow up information about delivery.

Overall, good experience, just wish there was a better follow up immediately after the order.
