Couch is great. Lower than I expected, but height is as described in the ad. It appeared higher in photos. Still pleased overall. Delivery men were rushed and did some guilting while I asked that they stay until the items were unpacked (as instructed in email from Rove prior to delivery). That felt icky. My order was custom and did in fact take a total of 13 weeks from date of order to date of delivery.
