I purchased the Asher bed and the Bennett media console. Both are beautiful products, but they both took a long time to be delivered and came with some damage, despite the white glove delivery service. The Bennett media cabinet has two dings on the middle door and the bed has some scratches on the headboard and one of the feet. The delivery took forever because the delivery company lost the first set of feet. The rove customer service department did ship me new feet and then we coordinated to have the delivery after that. Which was helpful. As far as the ding on the door of the cabinet, I am still waiting for follow up from customer service to have a new one shipped. I am a bit frustrated with how long it took me to get my product and with the damage it sustained despite the large shipping fee I paid. I am not sure I would order anything through Rove again. I will update the review after I hear back about the cabinet door.
