I've always checked out Rove Concepts website but had never purchased anything in the past. I finally put an order through this past week and have been so impressed with the customer service, I will most certainly purchase from them again. I'd been drooling over a beautiful coffee table which finally went on sale. When I put my order through, I added a promotion code which gave me more savings, they deducted the shipping costs and, they gave me a voucher for my next purchase. I've never experienced anything like this before. I'm a real furniture fanatic so from now on, Rove Concepts is going to be my go to place!
