I only recently discovered Rove Concepts. Yesterday I placed my first order for a Nico sofa. Today I discovered a small issue with my order. The customer service rep was extremely helpful and resolved the problem within 2 minutes. And... I just received confirmation that my sofa is already on its way. 5 stars all around so far.
