The design and quality are all what I expected. The chair has a good weight so it gives me feeling it has good quality. It looks expensive too.
The one leg of chair was chipped when it arrived. The customer service was very responsive and sent the new one right away.
The only thing is the delivery took 10-12 days. The delivery fee was over $100 so I expected to arrive faster.
