Had a great experience ordering a set of 6 wishbone chairs. Customer service was helpful in getting detailed measurements of the armrests which were not online so that we could make sure they would fit neatly under our dining room table.

Shipping with Alero is often a hassle, we've ordered from other companies that use them and they're seriously hit or miss. This time around they were okay but the windows they had for delivery were pretty limited with no option for weekends.

The chairs themselves seem really solid straight out of the box. The lacquer is nice, but thin enough to show the grain of the chairs well. All in all they are great reproductions of a classic chair. Time will tell how well they hold up of course, but so far so good.
