I really loved the shopping experience on Rove’s website. The furniture is stunning and the usability of the site is excellent. We ordered swatches and received them in 2 days, so everything in the experience was smooth. I did, however, have some trouble with the chat box and found assistants slow to respond at times. My only other criticism is the shipping costs which are definitely on the high side when shopping online and add significantly to the overall expense. I would definitely shop here more if shipping was more reasonable. Overall, it was another great shopping experience. Thanks!
