The process of dealing with Rove Concepts to date has been very easy. They were responsive when I called to inquire about shipping dates. They may have been premature asking for feedback as the most important aspect of my interaction with them has yet to occur (thus 4 stars) as delivery of the couch has hasn’t happened, so I can’t comment on the quality of the material or the customer service experience of receiving the item. I’d suggest waiting until after the item is delivered for feedback.
