Good experience but website could use improvements
I haven't had any issues with their customer service, and the furniture I've ordered I've been really pleased with. I think their website could use some work however - it would be helpful if there were multiple ways you could look for furniture - for example, seating vs. tables vs. storage. The current organization doesn't always fit what I'm looking for. In addition, it would be helpful if new additions were given their own page. Finally, I have had some issues with checking out - for example, applying coupons in different orders led to different discounts.
