I am a designer and as mentioned in other reviews, I love the designs and quality of the furniture, but the delivery process is terrible. We ordered a bed for a client and had several failed delivery attempts where the client was indeed home waiting for delivery. Customer Service was unhelpful in resolving the issues and the client was sleeping in the floor for more than 6 weeks.
I have pre-ordered some sofas and am hoping the delivery is not an issue.
Their products are great though.
