Ordering was a breeze - but only on a PC. Initially we had tried to select our custom dining chair cushion covers using an iPad, but the “floating” window to select colors on the IPad soon became frustrating, so we started our order again using a PC without further issue. Bottom line is we love Rove, and the ordering experience would be much easier if accessible using different types of digital devices. Hence 4 instead of 5 stars.

As an aside, it would be helpful to group together the custom colors for dining chair cushion covers by type of material to view all colors for a particular type (e.g. cashmere wool). We spent much more time than we wanted trying to figure out what the color selections were for each type.

At this time we are unable to comment on the furniture we ordered, though we are certainly hoping it takes much less than 14 weeks to arrive!
