We ordered Truman Coffee Table from Rove concepts. It showed up when we wanted but after unpacking and putting it together it was discovered that there were some serious manufacturing defects that rendered it completely useless.

I contact customer support about the issue thinking it would be a waste of time because we didn't notice the internal damage during delivery. But they were great about it. While it was slow going back and forth, they made it easy to communicate (live web chat was excellent) and were always polite. After a few email exchanges and some pictures, they gave us the option of a full refund or a new unit being shipped to us.

We opted for a new unit and they even threw in the white-glove delivery and setup. The new piece arrived quickly and was set up with no issues.

We are very happy with the piece and I'm personally thrilled with the level of customer service they provided. They clearly are focused on the satisfaction of their customers.

We would order from Rove again without worry.
