The buying portion of my interaction with Rove was excellent. ....The product was fine...The delivery not so much. The So Called "White Glove" delivery was poor to say the least. The men delivering it were very nice. But first, they were to call an hour before. They called 15 minutes before. They came without the proper tools to unpack a crated piece of Marble. (was it their first for you? Were they instructed)? They had to borrow and use my Crow Bar as well as a Hammer. So pretty poor planning for hundreds of $dollars in charges... To charge nearly $400 for "White Glove" Delivery service is nothing short of Robbery, as well as misrepresentation. How can you say it is worth $250 to bring it up on an elevator. Then have me help with supplying tools and lifting? How much should I charge you for my labor, time and tools? Ridiculous! We have been traveling for 2 months and just saw this request for a Review.
