The customer service people Karla and Jason were a tremendous help to me. They were professional and friendly. They grasped the problems I had quickly.
The site is easy to negotiate although it wasnt clear that if I didn’t create an account purchasing from the shopping cart was not happening.
When I called the company my call went thru quickly. I appreciate that because we all have the experience of waiting on the phone forever.
I haven’t received my purchases yet but I expect great things from this Canadian company
