I'd be happy to review again after I receive my couch, but so far I am so-so on the experience. I got a quote drawn up during the recent sale, and was very happy this option was offered to me so that I had time to receive fabric samples and still take advantage of the sale. That said, it was unfortunate that the shipping cost was improperly quoted in spite of me providing the shipping address at the time of the quote (it's typed right on the quote). Having to pay double (nearly $500) the shipping cost for our 'rural' area kind of ticked me off. On top of that, I was told the order would process in 24-48 hours...Fast forward to today, I called in 6 days after placing my initial order and finally got an email that my order was processed. I wasn't expecting this length of time to go by, especially when ordering a pre-made couch, and paying so much to ship compounds this not-so-great feeling! On the flip side, the people I have spoken with have been kind and helpful, and I do appreciate that. The jury is still out for me, but hoping to love the couch!
