I ordered sectionals, a bed frame, a dresser and 2 night stands. Products are well made and beautiful. However, the dresser got a significant chip on the front side. And the bottom of one of sectionals was ripped and had a big stain on the front side. I contacted CS and they said I need to claim the case first and they’ll get back to me in 3 business days. I’m waiting for the response hoping I can get the replacements soon.
