Frankie was awesome! I had used your chat widget to ask about why my non-rural address was being selected as rural and the person helping on the widget basically said "that's just how it is". I had also written into support and Frankie replied that she agreed with my address being non-rural and created a custom quote to adjust the extra shipping cost. This move literally earned my business as I was close to buying something from CB2 after originally being told the shipping couldn't be adjusted. Thank you Frankie!
