The customer care team was really responsive and helpful in answering questions about the products. I’ve had good experiences with Rove Concepts thus far and would recommend them. However, it would be really nice if they were more flexible with their shipping options/pricing as they contract with a third party now and have no pricing flexibility. The price of shipping is the same under certain threshold amounts so it costs the same to ship one chair vs one table, which can be expensive when you’re buying smaller items. I would buy way more often from Rove Concepts if it wasn’t for their expensive flat rate shipping!
