I got some damaged pieces and Rove was willing to replace them. Although I need to wait for another 3-4 weeks, I’m happy that I can trust this company and place more orders and I did. I hope all pieces I’m waiting for are in good shape. Delivery was not as satisfactory as CS. They postponed scheduled arrival time several times. Overall experience with Rove was good and product quality was just like the pictures on the website except for Audrey chair which is more on ivory/cream side than white.
