It's a fairly lengthy process but the furniture is really nice. One piece came damaged and it was a nightmare dealing with the company. Customer service is friendly but has no escalation power and their "claims" manager might work once or twice a week. Quite frankly, I have never experienced such a poorly executed customer service and resolution center - I've had better experiences with airlines.
