Rove Concepts has been nothing but exceptional. I placed an order and noticed the next day the items were on sale. I was able to reach customer service over the phone quickly and they credited me the difference in the price. They sent a follow-up email confirming the change and later that day I got a shipping notification (the day after I ordered). It is so nice to be treated so well and to be able to speak with someone so easily when an issue arises! I can't wait to see my stuff!
