Order Not Delivered - Rove No Help

I am updating this review from 5 stars to 1 star because my order seems to be lost at a Ceva Logistics location in Phoenix or Temp, AZ. The national number for Ceva told me to call the local number who does not answer their phone. Their system shows that the table has been at their Phoenix location since Dec 9. I called Rove, and I have spoken now with 2 different customer service agents, neither of whom follow through or keep me updated on their progress even after I specifically ask them to keep me updated and confirm they are still working on it. At this point, I have no idea where my order is, and Rove does not seem to be interested in helping get to the bottom of this in anything resembling a timely response.

Previous Review:I placed a pre-order, so the caveat of this review is that I haven't seen the product in person nor can I speak to delivery of the item. However, the Winston dining table I ordered looks to be a striking and exceptionally-built piece of furniture that I hope to enjoy for many years. I also think the price was fair as it was on sale, and I purchased during a bonus 20% off sale. So far, I have no complaints and only compliments about my online interaction with Rove Concepts.

As we do work with a third party delivery service, there may be times when the delivery quality is unfortunately out of our hands.
