Frustrating First Experience
The ordering process was not easy and took took more time than necessary. It was difficult to reach someone in customer service. My couch arrived in my city but it wasn’t until 13 days after that I received it. Scheduling delivery was difficult and first delivery arrived with only half the couch. I then had to wait more than five days to get the other half of the couch. I paid over $300 for shipping and they would not even take the items out of the box. White glove was not available in my area. My Hugo sectional was quite pricey and while it is beautiful, it’s not quite at the caliber that I expected for the money. I often order furniture for my clients and use other online resources that are quick, efficient and have free shipping. I took a chance with Rove and my first experience was exhausting. After several calls and emails Rove did say that they will refund my shipping, however, I still have not received confirmation of that.
