Let me start by saying that your product line and website are beautiful! I ordered two counter stools for a client and can’t wait to receive them.
Once I decided to order I called regarding trade discount and I immediately applied. I wanted to order prior to leaving town but I was told it would take at least a week to hear back regarding trade application....really?? I decided to order and they did offer a 15% initial order discount but it would have been a lot better if they could have processed that quicker...it’s Tuesday morning and I have yet to receive anything back. Can someone please look into this for me?????
Also, the morning after I applied I could not reach anyone by phone til mid-day....that was not great...and it was within your time zone and open hours. Your people were very nice on the phone and helped me as best they could.
I did order, and would like to order more in the future but it was alittle hard.
