The promotion codes didn't work online and I wasn't getting anywhere with the chat after close to an hour of trying. Then I completed the sale over the phone. There are exclusions that are not in the customer's favor: Voucher can be used only on furniture, one time use only so you lose the remainder you don't use and can't be used toward shipping. Haven't received the furniture yet so as far as quality and beauty hopefully it's just as nice in person.
