I cannot comment on the item yet, but the shopping experience was positive. Every time I hovered over an item for more than a few seconds, a window popped up with a customer care person ready to help with any questions. I asked about timing, shipping, furniture details, etc. One thing that was confusing to me was that the Rove site stated everything was 20% off, plus an additional 20%. That additional 20% comes to you in a rebate to use on a future purchase. (I don't actually know if that will be available once the furniture item ships or what.)
