Have not received item yet, so just leaving a review on the shopping/purchase process. Website is extremely user friendly, and via the sites chat and email contact options all of my questions were answered promptly. I bought a pre order item, so as soon as my payment was processed, i received an email giving me a delivery window, which is appreciated so i can coordinate being available to sign for delivery. So up to this point, I'd give rove an A+. I will be back with an honest product review.
