Review of Rove Concepts

Mix feelings. I could have been a full 5 stars

I don’t like to leave bad review especially to a company like this that has tried everything to make it right. The product are beautiful but among 4 items we ordered 3 arrived with defects.
Two wood coffee tables arrived chipped and the armchair we ordered arrived of a different color and model. I think most of the issues derived from the logistic partner but still the end customer feels the full inconvenience: scheduling delivering, waiting for the replacement item, taking time off from work to wait for the delivery and parties which had to be rearranged because the furniture did not arrive in proper shape. The customer service has been great and I could not spend nicer words as to how they handled the situation, but if Rove needs to go to the next level it needs to increase the reliability in its delivery process. Maybe I have been unlucky but this is my experience
