Great Service, Bad Shipping

Overall, I was very satisfied with the service I received from the customer service team at Rove; however, I'm quite disappointed that they wouldn't ship my items separately, despite paying a sizeable premium for shipping and on the furniture itself. Rather than shipping my in-stock items right away, I was told that I would have to wait 2-3 months for my order to ship, despite 2 of my 3 items already being in stock. With a shipping charge of almost $400, I would at least expect my order to arrive in a timely fashion, rather than having to wait for the smallest of my items to arrive in their shop. Looking forward to receiving my furniture, just disappointed it's going to take so long to arrive.
