Rove Concepts always present good quality, high performance products. I asked many questions to the customer service team online and most of them are answered and solved. The only one thing that I’m concerned is the long time frame for customized sofa, which takes 16-20 weeks. I haven’t receive my sofa yet, but hopefully the customized sofa turns out great!
