Ceva the shipping company used was subpar. They had only my first name associated with an incorrect last name, an obscure phone number I'd never heard of, an incorrect e-mail address and lastly an address that would've ended them on the other side of the city. I'm completely unaware of how that much disconnect occurs and really hope it was a one off. The company had said my bed would've sat in the warehouse had it not been for my reaching out to them.

Aside from that inconvenience the product itself was as advertised and of good quality.
