Navigating the website was easy, and it was great to see the furniture in pictures and in videos. It's scary purchasing such a large piece of furniture without trying it out, but Rove provides you with lots of information to make you choice easier. I have not yet received a shipping confirmation, but I am happy that I am able to live chat with customer service to address any issues. Looking forward to receiving our couch!
