Customer Service Unavailable

The rating is not particularly flattering at this time and I think and hope some of it is because it's the holidays however I would have expected better customer support during "Boxing Week" sale. I emailed your customer service with several questions about the sale and the fact that I wanted to order stuff but also wanted to wait for my swatch samples but didn't want to miss the sale. I didn't get the answers and felt pressured to submit the order - one day later (today) i go onto your site and now instead of it being 15% and 15% voucher - it's 20%/20%. I would hope that this will get applied to my order as well considering it was just submitted yesterday and no one was working or replying to my attempts at contacting customer service.

Your products look great and I'm hoping that the customer service part of things will only get better from here.
